Hudson Bandstand: A Community Tradition

One of the great traditions of being a part of the Hudson community is the Summer Music Festival held annually on the Green in Downtown Hudson called the Hudson Bandstand. This Summer Music Festival has been produced since 1977. Come and join us on the Green at the Bandstand this summer for another season of great music.

We also welcome any suggestions for music to add or remove from our musicians. We want to keep it fresh while still providing you the music genre you want to listen too.

Hudson Bandstand Endowment Fund

The Hudson Bandstand has partnered with Hudson Community Foundation, opening a fund to build an endowment, the “Hudson Bandstand Endowment Fund”.  Funds raised will go to building an endowment so that Hudson Bandstand summer music festival on the Green will continue in perpetuity. 

The Bandstand’s 2025 season is planned to open on Monday, May 26, with a concert by the Hudson High School Jazz 1 & 2 bands. This popular performance by our high school’s talented musicians is a Memorial Day weekend favorite.

Summer 2025 Schedule

The summer 2025 concert series schedule is listed below. All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. and are located on the Hudson Gazebo Green in downtown Hudson, Ohio. The summer series kicks off with a special Monday Memorial Day concert on Monday, May 26th at 6:30 p.m., then continues throughout the summer on Sundays at 6:30 p.m.

Thank you to our Sponsors!  100% of the Hudson Bandstand revenue comes from donors and sponsors like you.  Their committee is completely made up of all volunteers.  Hudson Bandstand does not receive funding from the City of Hudson, State or Federal agencies.  Consider being a sponsor by emailing Hudson Bandstand!

Donations also help defer the cost of the event expenses of the volunteer Bandstand Committee to provide concerts, sound equipment and rentals, so that they can continue to produce the first-class musical events our community has been enjoying since 1977. Rain Information

If rain is forecasted on the day of the concert, the concert will be at it’s rain location: Hudson Middle School, 83 N. Oviatt St. Hudson, Ohio 44236

Make sure to follow Hudson Bandstand on Facebook for the most up-to-date information regarding weather. If not using social media, stop by the Gazebo Green and if the road is not closed, proceed to the Hudson Middle School rain location.
