
Mark is a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm, with over two decades of experience specializing in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation and growth strategies, and private debt and equity financings. Mark has built an international practice advising public and private companies across a wide array of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology and e-commerce. He has been honored as a Best Lawyers in America recipient and a Stand-Out Lawyer, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) who began his career with a Big Five accounting firm and passed the CPA examination on his first sitting.
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Duke University School of Law. He is a proud Irish and Blue Devil alumnus and remains closely connected to both communities. Mark’s Catholic faith is central to his life, and he and his family are active members of St. Mary’s Parish in Hudson.
Mark and his wife, Leah, moved to Hudson in 2019. Mark’s greatest joy is being a father to his two children, Mark Jr and Mary Michaela. He is also an avid boxing fan who also enjoys watching football, baseball and basketball.
