Jim Sluzewski retired in 2016 as Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications and External Affairs for Macy’s, Inc., a leading fashion retailer based in Cincinnati and New York. In that role, he also previously served as President of the Macy’s Foundation. Sluzewski is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America and has served as global chair of The Worldcom Public Relations Group, the world’s largest partnership of independent public relations firms. A native of Cleveland, he holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University. Sluzewski and his wife, Kathy, first moved to Hudson in 1988. They have two adult children.
